Property management – renting properties - is one of the key activities of the company. Company rents following properties:

• Season facilities: Fast food, Sport bar Jurček, Vitka and Ritka bar, beauty corner outdoors, fitness and aerobics outdoors, children’s toy systems and trampoline, shop, beach (all facilities within the area of LAGUNA Ljubljana beach club).
• Premises: Vodnikov hram, Zlata ladjica (both premises are located in the old part of the Ljubljana) and Gostilna Štern, that is located within the area of Ljubljana Resort and clubs bar in multi-purpose hall in Laguna Ljubljana sport club.
• Sports and other facilities: beauty club LAGUNA JeRaj, G-rega association, Biosphere (in the LAGUNA Ljubljana sport club) and volleyball and football playground within the area of LAGUNA Ljubljana beach club. Laundry room and TV studio.
• Land premises: 25 mobile homes in the area of LJUBLJANA RESORT.
